We want you to enjoy success in your pursuit of musical enjoyment and we will do what is necessary to achieve that end. All our instruments carry an in home approval period. See descriptions for details. If you are unhappy with your purchase just email us and we'll tell you how to return your item so we can give you a complete refund (minus any shipping and handling costs). All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resalable, as new condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship within three BUSINESS days of a cleared payment for your order and your item will take from 3 to 10 BUSINESS days to arrive depending on where you are located. When your instrument ships we'll provide you with a tracking number. If you have questions regarding the arrival of your item please email us at musicstore@musician.org
When this instrument was listed adequate quantities were on hand but due to shifting warehouse inventories and because of possible prior sales this item on rare occasions may have been presold. If that happens to be the case you will be notified IMMEDIATELY and given the options of a full refund, fulfillment of your order with a 10% discount when your instrument becomes available, or a choice of another model or color - whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
