Q. Do your items carry a satisfaction guarantee?
A. All items carry an in home approval money back guarantee. You will find details and conditions particular to that instrument in each listing. If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within the specified time limit and we will email you with instructions on how to return your item. Refund does not include shipping costs. Q. Are all your items for sale in stock?
A. All items offered for sale are in stock at the time they are posted. Due to warehouse inventory constraints and on going sales on rare occasions an item may be back ordered. If that should happen we'll let you know immediately and offer you a substitute, a discount on your item when it is available, or a cancellation of your order, whichever you choose.

Q. How long will it take for my item to arrive once it is paid for?
A. We ship within three days of a cleared payment for your order and your item will take from 3 to 10 days to arrive depending on where you are located. If you have questions regarding the arrival of your item please email us at musicstore@musician.org

A. All instruments come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. They are also covered by our in home approval policy. Check the details in the description for the particular instrument you're interested in.
